Warranty

You do not have to register for the warranty.
All warranty claims will require the actual invoice.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not subjected to wear and tear.
To submit for warranty, kindly drop us an email at hello@mats.sg with your name, order number and images of the defect.
Warranty will not cover improper usage / damages to the product due to improper handling and washing.
Customised Mats Singapore reserve the final right in determining whether the defect under the warranty can be claimed.
