WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders received will take 1-2 working days to be processed before shipping.
WHAT COURIER COMPANY WILL BE USED?
We aim to have the package reach you successfully. Our company will be arranging for the most efficient courier of our choice.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Please note that we will be able to change your shipping address if the package has not been shipped. If the package is shipped and tracking details are already available - We are not able to change the shipping address.

HOW TO VIEW MY TRACKING DETAILS?
Once the package's been shipped, you'll be receiving an automated email with the tracking details for you to track your package. Kindly ensure that someone is around to receive the package to prevent the package from being rerouted back to us.
Should the package be returned to us, a courier fee may apply for us to ship the package out again.
